The design team worked closely with the owner to convert the 1930s building low ceiling space to an open atmosphere for concerts. This view exhibits removing a portion of the level 2 structure to expose the underside of level 3. This opened up the venue for a great performance area. The now open new mezzanine adds seating for a library vibe to study or to enjoy the performances. Special acoustic selections included heavy draperies at windows, acoustic wall panels and batting in the rafters. The exposed brick and REAL wood floors make this an inviting space.

The Rehab patient is typically there at least two weeks or longer. Special accommodations make visitor overnight stays more comfortable. Bright colors and happy art images make for an interesting room. A Sleeper sofa allows for a over-night stay and a built-in desk offers visitors an area for eating or working. Display shelves offer lots of personalization of the room. The " Head wall" has a custom graphic printed on a durable wall protection system. Three different graphics alternate between rooms. Bed side charting allows the staff face - to - face interaction with the patient. Multiple lighting fixtures allow flexibility of light levels from a full exam to a restful sleep.

A beautiful 16 ft LED mosaic mural is framed by an Italian marble fireplace. Four in-ceiling 22 ft motorized shades quietly open to a tranquil forest view while the chandeliers shine perfectly because of the lighting control system. The motorized TV hides in the cabinet below just as discretely as the slim leakproof diffusers hide in the sky ceiling. The invisible speakers provide music for any occasion behind the beautiful large wooden wall paneling.
