Technology and/or Lighting Design - lighting fixtures/lamps, technology, automation, etc.

Textiles - rugs, drapery, bedding, upholstered furniture, etc.

Wall Treatment - faux finishing, plaster work, wallpaper, murals, upholstered walls, etc.

Builder - new construction, remodel, building addition, restoration submission by a builder or remodeler.

Bedroom - primary, guest, or children’s.

Bathroom - primary, guest, pool or powder.

Kitchen - primary kitchen within a residence.

Living - formal living, family, or den with a residence.

Dining - formal dining, breakfast area, or dedicated room for dining within a residence.

Singular Space - wine, game, home office, media room, closet, gym, meditation, etc.

Outdoor Living - terrace, loggia, porch, outdoor kitchen, etc.

Small Renovation: Under 3,500 sq ft - renovated residence under 3,500 sq ft.

Large Renovation: Over 3,500 sq ft - renovated residence over 3,500 sq ft.
